（県南）東成瀬村手倉地域 / Tegura Area, Higashinaruse Village

秋田県雄勝郡東成瀬村の手倉地域は、町役場から東に８ｋｍ、１級河川成瀬川の両岸に開けた集落です。標高２５０～３００ｍの傾斜地に約９ｈａの水田があり、地域住民が一体となって景観や環境保全に取り組んでいます。

Tegura area is in Higashi-naruse Village in Ogachi County, Akita Prefecture. The village is situated 8 km east of the town hall, spread on both banks of the Naruse River (a first-class river). Approx. 9 ha. rice paddies are on a slope at a altitude of 250-300 meters. Here, local residents get together to carry out activities to conserve the scenery and the natural environment.

東成瀬村は「日本で最も美しい村」連合に加盟しており、四季折々の自然景観と管理の行き届いた里地里山の景観が一体となって美しい村を形成しており、心も身体も和ませてくれます。

Higashi-naruse Village is registered as one of “The Most Beautiful Villages in Japan.” The natural scenery in all seasons and well-maintained landscapes of the country and mountains (Satochi Satoyama) are what make the village so beautiful, setting our body and mind at ease.
