（県南）大仙市 釜坂地域 / Kamasaka in Daisen City

旧南外村釜坂地域は７集落２３戸からなり、昔から団結力が強くお互いのきずなを大切にしています。１５年も前から、毎年７月には地域の中央を流れる川の清掃活動をしています。
Kamasaka area of former Nangai village is consisted of 7 communities, a total of 23 households. Through the ages, the community has been strong in solidarity and people have cherished the connections with one another. For the past 15 years, in July they have been working together to clean up the river that runs the central part of town.
朝６時。勢ぞろいした草刈り機はまるで威張っているよう。一斉に作業を開始し草刈り機が唸り出すと、草刈り交響曲の演奏が続きます。丁寧に、きれいに刈っていきます。
At 6 in the morning, the grass mowers looked as if they were proud of themselves. As soon as the work started, the mowers started making a roaring sound. The symphony of mowers continued as they trimmed the grass carefully and neatly.
作業を終えて、だれもが満足顔。話も弾みました。
After the work, everyone looked satisfied, enjoying a chat.
村を守る釜坂神社に案内してもらいました。
毎年４月１２日の神社祭りには、みんなが集まり懇親を深めているそうです。
